Whois Privacy Protection in Cloud Hosting
If you order a cloud hosting plan from our company, you will be able to enable Whois Privacy Protection for any of your domains as long as their extensions support the service. You can register or transfer a domain name and add Whois Privacy Protection during the registration process or you can enable the service for any of your domains at any moment afterwards through the Hepsia hosting Control Panel. The process is unbelievably easy – once you sign in, you will need to go to the Registered Domains section where you will find a list of all the domain names that you have registered with us. For each of them you will see an “Whois Privacy Protection” icon, which will let you know if the service is activated or not. By clicking it, you can either Whois Privacy Protect the domain name, or you can deactivate the service if it is currently activated.
Whois Privacy Protection in Semi-dedicated Servers
Activating Whois Privacy Protection for any domain is exceptionally easy in case you’ve got a semi-dedicated server. If the domain is registered with our company, it will be displayed in the Registered Domains section of the Hepsia hosting Control Panel that comes with every semi-dedicated package. In case a particular generic or country-code domain name is Whois Privacy Protection-eligible, you will see a small icon on the right-hand side of that domain. To activate the service, you’ll need to click on it. In the exact same fashion, you can also renew or remove the service. You can order Whois Privacy Protection for a domain name during the account activation process too, but since the Whois Privacy Protection service is optional, we’ll offer you the chance to add it to any of your domains later if you think things over and opt to conceal your private details from the public eye after you’ve already ordered the account.
